Bayrischzell has been the main filming location for the ZDF series Frühling since 2011. Most of the locations are actual buildings here in town, no sets and no studio. Take a stroll through Bayrischzell and you're walking right through the middle of it.
DorfhelferinnenstationKatja Baumann's workplace. Over the course of the series it has moved around several times, from the ski school all the way to the former stationery shop.›
The Village PubThe series' central gathering spot, filmed at the Klosterhof zur Post. The most famous backdrop in all of Frühling.›

The Village SchoolThe actual elementary school in Bayrischzell, though newer seasons have often filmed in Elbach instead.›
